How To Download E-EPIC Card, Digital Voter ID Card Download
All general voters who have a valid EPIC Number. All new electors registered during special summary revision 2021 (i.e. those who applied during Nov-Dec2020) and whose mobile number provided while applying is unique will get an SMS and may download e-EPIC between January 25 and 31, 2021. Other general electors may download e-EPIC from February 1, 2021 onwards. (they will however not get any SMS).

Online Voter Identity Card Reform Process in Gujarat
Go to the website of the Chief Electoral Officer of Gujarat. On the home page, select “Online Voter Registration”.
Log in using your credentials. If you are using this feature for the first time, register using your name, address, email id and phone number.
In the resulting page, select “Voter Detailed Update from 8”. You must enter your voter ID card number to proceed. If you are not sure about your voter ID card number, you can use the search option to find your voter ID card number.
Form 8 which has been created by the Election Commission of India to change the details about the voter, will be displayed on the screen. You will need to enter your name, date of birth, address and details about your family members whose names have been included in the electoral roll.
Specify the information you want to change and also attach supporting documents. For example, if you want to change the photograph, also attach your photo and photo identity proof.
Once you submit the form, you will receive a PDF. You have to take a printout of the PDF and send it by post to the nearest Election Commission office.
Your application for change of details in the Voter ID Card will be reviewed and a new card will be sent to your address by post.
